In 1997, under the guidance and leadership of our former president, Jerry Bannerman, General Business Services expanded throughout the US. During this period of growth, our team has kept our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality as the company’s core values.

Our business serves markets in Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, Michigan, Texas, and more. We’re located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, but we have branches throughout the Midwest, including:

We’re members of two national inventory consortiums that promote accurate results and excellent customer service: the Inventory Services Network (ISN) and the North American Association of Inventory Services (NAAIS).

ISN is a national organization for independent inventory companies whose members share a common work ethic, high-quality standards, and specialized inventory software. Meanwhile, the NAAIS is known for offering reliable counting services for clients nationwide.
